Click here to view more images Cabin I: "Indian Summer Cabin". This Cabin was added in the Spring of 2011 as a new rental. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Solitaire Manufactured Home with a covered deck, a sun deck and a fenced yard. There is covered parking for one vehicle and parking for up to 4 vehicles in the private drive way. Bedroom # 1 is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and will sleep two people. The master bedroom has a private bath with garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. Bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and will sleep two people. Bedroom # 3 has two full size beds and will sleep up to four people. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room has two futon couches. Each futon couch folds out into a full size bed. The living room area will sleep up to four people. The rates below for this cabin are for 10 people. Maximum occupancy is 10 people (not including children under the age of 2 years). This unit is completely furnished with all linens, towels, blankets, full kitchen with full size appliances and small appliances. Gas grill is located on the covered deck. All you need to bring is your food. Also included is up to 2 covered boat slips for your boats. Uncovered boat slips may be available for additional boats. Click here to view more images Cabin G: "Grapevine" Cabin is a 2009 model, two bedroom, two bathroom, mobile home with a covered area on the front of the cabin and a back deck which opens into the secluded woods. This cabin sleeps a maximum of 6 people (not including children under the age of 2). Complimentary boatslips for your boats included. Private covered fishing docks for cabin guests. Living room has a futon couch which makes into a double bed which sleeps 2 people. The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Kitchen table with 6 chairs, fridge, microwave, full size oven and cooktop, dishwasher, coffee pot, can opener, toaster. This cabin is completely furnished with linens, towels, soap, pots, pans, utensils. Color satellite TV, secluded back deck with deck chairs, charcoal grill, located in our new RV park with a private gate, a short drive or walk to the marina area. All you need to bring is your food. The attached 10'x 20' elevated cabin porch has 6 chairs, a Char Broil charcoal grill & a beautiful lake view. Wifi is available for a daily fee from this cabin! Click here to view more images Cabins B : "Bunkhouse" Cabin, Cabin C: "Charlie's" Cabin, Cabin D: "Deer Run" Cabin Bunkhouse Cabin, Charlie's Cabin and Deer Run Cabin are all three identical and are about 25 ft apart from each other. Maximum occupancy is 8 people per cabin, (not including children under the age of 2) Lakeside Cabins B, C, D are 3 identical "bunkhouse" style two story cabins located 25 yds apart. (Cabin F is also available located 25 yds south of Cabin D. See Cabin F for description) central heat and air, 6 beds, one full size bed and 4 twin beds are located upstairs in the bunkhouse loft with a half bath upstairs, Downstairs is a futon couch that converts into a full size bed located in the TV viewing area of the cabin. So 6 people can sleep upstairs, and 2 people can sleep downstairs. Downstairs is the fully furnished kitchen, a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, dish satellite color TV, dining table with 4 chairs and the futon couch, with 2 additional chairs in the cabin TV area. The cabin kitchen is fully furnished with a range/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, dishes, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils,and soap. This trailer is located about 50 yds from the lake in a shady grove of trees. It is within walking distance of the main marina area and about 10 ft from the crosstimbers trail. It has one bedroom with a queensize bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, roomy kitchen complete with microwave, propane gas cooktop and oven, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, The living room/dining room area is very comfortable with a view of the wooded area. A fold-out couch in the living room makes into a double bed. A TV is located in the living room with 3 local channels and a VCR/DVD player provided. (Some VCR movies are provided with this unit) This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people (including all children regardless of age) Lakeview area with picnic table and charcoal grill included. All linens, towels, dishes and utensils provided. Also included is a covered boat slip in boathouse S for your boat. Private covered fishing docks for motel guests. Each motel room has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Each motel room has two double beds, full bath, linens and towels provided, color satellite TV. Each motel room has it's own separate heat & air window unit. Dorm size refrigerator, Coffee maker, with coffee provided. Wifi is available for a daily fee from these motels! Motel   Rates: Dates SUN-THUR FRI-SAT All Year $75.00 $75.00 Holiday rate is $99.00 per night with a 3 night minimum. All prices plus tax and subject to change without notice. * Two night minimum on weekends from 5/1 – 9/30 * Three night minimum on holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. Rates for any holiday, regardless of the day of the week, or the time of the year, will be at the highest weekend rate. No exceptions. This rates applies to all days before, on, or after the holiday. Pets are allowed but will be charged $10.00 per day per pet. Deposit Policy: A major credit card is required to make a reservation. For any holiday reservation, payment is due in full two weeks before arrival date. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, Cedar Bayou will refund your deposit, less a $20.00 administration fee, if we receive notice 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If less than 14 days notice is given, your entire reservation amount will be charged on your credit card and you will forfeit any refund unless we can re-rent. If re-rented, your money will be refunded, less a $20.00 administration fee. Check in time is 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of your departure. All motel and cabins are non-smoking units.
