This cabin is located 35 yds south of Cabin D with a lake view of our marina. The cabin is located about 75 yds from the lakeside. Each cabin bedroom has a double bed. The cabin living room has a futon couch that makes into a double bed. The cabin kitchen has a dining room table with 4 chairs, and is fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans, microwave oven, full size refrigerator, full size range/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, can opener, toaster, eating and cooking utensils. Fully furnished cabin with linens, towels, bedspreads, paper goods, soap, etc. All you need to bring is your food. The attached 10'x 20' elevated cabin porch has 6 chairs, a Char Broil charcoal grill & a beautiful lake view. Satellite color TV is in the cabin living room. (Cabin F is also available located 25 yds south of Cabin D. See Cabin F for description) Cabins B, Cabin C and Cabin D each have 4 twin beds and 2 double beds, each cabin sleeping 8 people. All cabins have central heat and air conditioning. Each cabin is a 2 story unit with 6 beds. One full size bed and 4 twin beds are located upstairs in one large room with a half bathroom for privacy. Downstairs is a futon couch that converts into a full size bed located in the TV viewing area of the cabin. So 6 people can sleep upstairs, and 2 people can sleep downstairs. Downstairs is the fully furnished kitchen, a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, dish satellite color TV, dining table with 4 chairs and the futon couch, with 2 additional chairs in the cabin TV area. The cabin kitchen is fully furnished with a range/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, dishes, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, paper goods, and soap. Rates for any holiday, regardless of the day of the week, or the time of the year, will be at the highest weekend rate. No exceptions. This rates applies to all days before, on, or after the holiday. Pets are allowed but will be charged $10.00 per day per pet. Deposit Policy: A major credit card is required to make a reservation. For any holiday reservation, payment is due in full two weeks before arrival date. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, Cedar Bayou will refund your deposit, less a $20.00 administration fee, if we receive notice 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If less than 14 days notice is given, your entire reservation amount will be charged on your credit card and you will forfeit any refund unless we can re-rent. If re-rented, your money will be refunded, less a $20.00 administration fee. Check in time is 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of your departure. All motel and cabins are non-smoking units.
